The results show that:1. Long Northeast Yangge Dance and Tai Chi exercise in the elderly, BMI values to keep within the scope of the health level, quiet pulse, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure can be maintained in the normal range, vital capacity is significantly improved, especially exercise Yangko in Northeast of China to enhance the cardiorespiratory function of elder people have some help; Taijiquan exercise with the general population relative indicators is much better; general populations but little change in the indicators.2.the core strength test mainly in 0 degrees, 45 degrees, 90 degrees, 135 degrees, 180 degrees, 135 degrees, 90 degrees, 45 degree angle analysis, data analysis shows that exercise Northeast Yangge Dance and Tai Chi on the angle of the body each of the old have improvement and upgrading, especially on human spine, pelvis, hip near the cluster to exercise. The Northeast yangko dance practice than practicing Tai Chi strength effect on human core is significant. Core strength can be increased in a certain extent, improve quality of the overall strength of the elderly, enhanced the elderly body control, anti falls ability, stabilize the spine near the cluster, reduce the strain on the waist cluster and slow down the sexual tension and pressure on non functional.
