Through the intervention of the core strength training, the experimental group subjects were in complete whiplash turn action, in the speed of swinging leg off, swivel 0-180 degrees and swivel 180-360 degree three stages of promotion effect is obviously better than that of the control group. In addition, the experimental group subjects were in control of the strength of support legs, the body center of gravity, whiplash turn motion stability and upper limb movement time and significantly better than the control group.
