Under the condition that information technology develops continuously at home and abroad and the internet technology and educational philosophy update constantly, micro lesson has been the new hot spot in the development of our national educational information. However, in China, the application and development of micro lesson in elementary education is still poor, so it is divorced between the development and the application of micro lesson theory. This paper firstly defines the meaning of micro lesson and micro course by looking through the literature and research of micro lesson at home and abroad. After the definition, it finds out the problems and reasons of the micro lesson in high school physics by analyzing the questionnaires and interviews of micro lesson. The purpose of this paper is to study micro lesson in high school physics and product the micro lesson model applied in practice by the combination of the theory and the practice of our own.The writer proposes to design micro lesson with the principles of interaction and “the learners as the center” and the feature of “short, small, precise, concentrate”. Based on the Bloom’s mastery learning theory and constructionism learning theory, the author conducts experimental research and case studies to find perfect model for micro lesson in high school physics education. The model is to treat the micro lesson as the supplement of the ordinary high school physics teaching, which means different class type needs different teaching way of micro lesson and different students different content, with the principles of needs, science and effectiveness. The study in the paper indicates that the main position of micro lesson in high school physics teaching is in tutoring. It can improve students’ interest and confidence of physics learning and help the students with learning difficulties.The study proves that it can reflect curriculum reform spirit and realize the diversity of students’ personality by applying micro lesson in the holiday learning, especially the topic micro lesson.The innovation of study is reflected in the combination of micro lesson and students’ holiday learning.The achievement of study can fill the blank of school education and improve the function of it.This study focuses on high school students with the theme on high school physics learning and tutoring, researching by high school teachers. It hopes that the result of the study can be copied and promoted by other teachers and plays as a model for the practice of micro lesson.
