The new curriculum standards made it clear that the aim of the teaching of physics in the high school is to enhance students' scientific literacy.It helps the students continue to experience the process of scientific inquiry in high school physics.There are many subjects in the high school,so that every students have heavy study task and little study time.The physics is a special subject that is based on experiment.There are many laws of mechanics,which are derived from the experiment.Teachers do not have enough time to demonstrate various physical experiments for students. The main purpose of this study was to analyze and summarize the current status of physical education of high school, and explore the feasibility of the micro-lessons used in high school physics class Mechanics teaching. In the physical Mechanics course, there are many practical problems from life.Understanding the physical processes is necessary for students to solve the physics problems.In recent years, the teaching of physical mechanics in high school introduced micro-lesson.It can be well done mechanics experiment that teachers in the classroom can not be completed, and it also provide a study platform for students after class. Students can experience the process of scientific inquiry by the micro-lesson. As for the typical mechanical movement exercises,it can show in the form of animation to students, that helps students build bridges in word problems and the actual problems. It makes students to better understand the essence of the problem, which is the essence of learning.I have read a lot of references and hot topics online of micro lesson.I have introduced the background of micro lesson, the significance and the content of the study and the methods of the study.Summarizing the current situation of the lack of Mechanics in the high school through the students,curriculum, and physics teaching.Micro lesson is proposed in a high school physics is feasible.We made a preliminary order on the development of micro-lesson through literature research.Analyzing the present situation of high school physical education,and summarizing advantages and disadvantages of micro-lesson.Application of micro-lesson optimize the high school physics teaching is proposed.I made the micro-lesson teaching practice in high school mechanics course, and then analyzed the survey's of teachers and students about combining classroom lessons with micro-lesson.Through typical teaching cases, analyzed and summarized the feasibility and effectiveness of micro-lessons apply to mechanics Teaching in the high school.In teaching practice,using the micro-lesson assisted mechanics teaching,as for "the movement of the planets," "satellite orbit" and "bullet wood" and other problems do the corresponding micro-lessons for the students after class to watch.To enable students to better understand the process in motion. Due to limited school system, the author's practice squad were only 9,this practice results for author provides a reference. At random before each class questions,Class 9 students answer questions enthusiastically and clear thinking.Students have a good grasp of the key of questions. The classroom atmosphere is active.I have interviewed the teachers throughout high school physics group after the practice. Analysis of the interviews,teachers agree with the application of micro-Course in high school physics mechanics course.It was agreed that the introduction of micro-lesson in physics class makes physical class more interesting.It also improved the students' interest of physics significantly, a new idea that can be promoted.Making the related questionnaire of students. The results showed that students are fond of micro-lesson course in physics.After learning phase detection, analyzing the student achievement through the SPSS data analysis software.Class 9 achieved significant progress, which is reflecting in themicro lesson to optimize mechanics course. Finally, this study suggests that micro lesson as a new means of teaching, has great room for development.
