Youth arts education in the mode of schools by non-government sectors play an important role in seeks to explore diverse paths for the development of children’s art education. In the paper, the four qualities of creative thinking act as the scientific basis of the students’ development. Through extended action research and contrastive study, this paper makes use of real class analysis to present the characteristics of this teaching mode, thus concluding with seven major teaching strategies accordingly. In practice, this set of teaching strategies that make a combination of scientific and artistry is used to cultivate the students’ creative thinking qualities, in order to help the youth arts training institutions by non-government sectors get rid of the influence of a utilitarian fashion, follow the natural laws of arts education, take the advantage of non-degree education, provide the youth with round aesthetic education, therefore become an effective supplement to the school education, and finally promotes the scientific and healthy development of youth arts education by non-government sectors. This paper is divided into five main parts, the first part is the research background, significance and research status of analysis; the second part is the relevant concepts for analysis about Youth arts education in the mode of schools by non-government sectors; The third part refers to the social forces under the Children’s Art education status quo as well as specific problems; fourth part is Youth arts education in the mode of schools by non-government sectors perfect countermeasures; the fifth part is the conclusion, inadequate research and specific prospects. I hope through this research and the promotion of Youth arts education mode smoothly on track, promote social forces under the perfect Youth arts education teaching mode.
