On July 29,2019,the State Council held a national working conference on basic education.The conference proposed to comprehensively improve the quality of basic education,and required comprehensive quality training in the construction of the training system of ordinary high schools,especially the improvement of humanistic quality and scientific quality.History of science,philosophy of science and sociology of science are introduced into the process of science education The HPS education content of science can lead students to personally experience and understand the historical context of scientific knowledge,master the methods and laws of scientific inquiry,learn the spirit of scientists to pursue scientific dreams,and strengthen the understanding of the nature of science.The purpose of this study is to integrate HPS education into high school chemistry experiment teaching,combine "inquiry" experiment teaching mode with HPS teaching mode,seek to build a fusion mode suitable for students' cognitive development characteristics,and cultivate high school students' humanistic and scientific literacy.Based on the research on the current situation of HPS education and chemical experiment teaching at home and abroad,using the methods of questionnaire survey and interview,this paper analyzes the high school students' understanding of HPS education and the current situation of the application of experimental teaching,combined with the existing problems,finds out the corresponding solutions.On this basis,the "inquiry" experimental teaching mode as the main link,into the HPS education,to build a fusion mode to adapt to the development characteristics of high school students.This paper designs a teaching case based on the three parts of the teaching content in the Compulsory Chemistry 2 of the people's education press,and applies it to the teaching practice of the chemical experiment course of the senior high school in one semester to examine the teaching effect of this mode in the chemical experiment teaching of the senior high school.The research shows that: this new fusion mode has a strong feasibility and effectiveness,to a certain extent,it increases students' understanding and understanding of chemical inquiry experiment,and cultivates students' ability of dialectical thinking.And after a semester of teaching practice,students generally have a deeper understanding of the nature of science,the close relationship between science and society,and increase their interest in chemistry.
