It has been nearly 20 years since the learning plan-guided teaching mode came into being under the background of the curriculum reform of basic education in China.Its important value and function in the teaching practice of education in primary and secondary schools have been affirmed by scholars and teachers.Nowadays,this mode has become a hot topic in the reform and innovation of classroom teaching mode in primary and secondary schools in China.Taking No.6 Middle School of Bincheng District,Binzhou as an example,this article makes a special discussion on the practice of the learning plan-guided teaching mode.In the new round of basic education reform,No.6 Middle School of Bincheng District,Binzhou based on the facts of the school and innovated boldly.The teachers of this school carried out the idea of the new curriculum reform deeply and changed the traditional teaching mode of the school after studying lots of other schools.They structured the teaching mode of "learning plan-guided and independent inquiry" and it is widely used in the whole school,which forms the unified teaching mode of the school.This mode changes the behavior of "teaching" and "learning" in traditional classroom,and guides the teachers,who takes the students as the base,the guide case as the carrier,the problem as the orientation,to lead the students can explore independently.Research findings after several years of teaching reform and practice,this mode has effectively solved the inefficiency of teaching and improved the efficiency of the class.The cultivation of students' good learning habits has achieved remarkable results.The quality of education and teaching is steadily rising.Of course,this teaching mode also exposed a lot of problems in the process of application,which deserves attention.To enhance the understanding of the teaching mode of "learning plan-guided and independent inquiry",optimize and perfect the teaching model further,promote the greater development of middle school education,this article is discussed in depth from the perspective of practical practice.This article is divided into four parts to discuss the related problems.Part one: The theoretical exposition of the teaching mode of "learning plan-guided and independent inquiry",containing the connotation of the teaching mode,the preparation of the guide case,the implementation principle and the implementation procedure of the construction.Part two: Using the method of student questionnaire and teacher interview,investigate and analysis the overall situation of the implementation of the teaching mode of No.6 Middle School of Bincheng District,Binzhou.Analyzing the effect and existing problems in its implementation.Part three: Analysis of the main problems and reasons in the implementation of "learning plan-guided and independent inquiry".Part four: In view of the main problems in the implementation of teaching mode,the improvement strategy is put forward.
