| In this paper for today’s high school Chinese classroom teaching is invalid or ineffective, in order to improve the efficiency of Chinese teaching in high school, further optimize high school Chinese teaching,further improve the students’ Chinese accomplishment and promote the comprehensive development of each student. In this paper, from the high school Chinese teaching practice level were studied.Under the new curriculum reform, the generative teaching has become a norm, a growing number of schools and teachers in the practice of generative teaching, but the effect is not ideal, or inefficient, and even invalid. At first, this paper use the literature of generative teaching at home and abroad, the existing of generative teaching reflection, on the basis of this puts forward the connotation, basic features of Chinese generative teaching high school, the goal of generative teaching,theoretical basis, the role between teachers and students. In the second chapter points out the present status of high school Chinese generative teaching analysis. Generative teaching includes generative teaching present formalization, generative teaching knowledge, education,humanistic thinking generative teaching evaluation results, light process,students does not adapt the generative teaching. Generative teaching inefficient reasons the dead hand of exam-oriented education andteachers’ professional quality is not high. The third chapter expounds the effectiveness of high school Chinese generative teaching principles and implementation strategy. The principles are: principle of dialogue,interactive principle, open principle, creative principle. Implementations of the strategy are: elaborate presupposition, promote; The dialogue teaching, create a generation; Independent establishment situation,generated; Evaluation strategy are: teachers’ evaluation and student assessment, the combination of quantitative evaluation with quantitative evaluation.The research method of this article mainly USES literature research and case analysis.
