Chinese nation has been a nation full of beneficence since ancient times, so it has really run a long history of charity. Existed as a spirit of helping others in our life, charity promotes the civilized progress of the whole society. However, the philanthropy is now in the great crisis of trust due to its repeated negative news. So it is a priority to reestablish its image. Take schools as carriers, and carry out activities on charity education. Let schools be powerful places for them. It’s beneficial to activate school’s moral education, cultivate loving and compassionate students who will be able to show their care, respect and gratitude.Charity education belongs to an educational activity. Complying with some certain social demands and the general law of Physical and mental development, educators make influences on education receivers in order to make them act in the way they are expected. During the implementation of charity education in middle schools, where students are thus taken as education receivers, they are instilled the concept and knowledge of charity, cultivated to learn to respect, love, care, sympathize and thank others. Then they can help others and help themselves at the same time. The activity aims at helping students establish the idea, cultivating the quality and guiding the behavior of charity, so that they will get such good habits, and the campus atmosphere of charity will be shaped.This paper builds the framework of middle school education charity in some aspects, such as the target, contents and ways. This paper uses the literature material law and case analysis, to provide more comprehensive and accurate theoretical and practical basis for the research. It is a goal that should be reached in the activity to spread and popularize the knowledge, make students form and practice charity behavior. Let them be of knowledge and practice. Learning to respect, love, care, sympathize and thank others are all contained in the activity. When carried out in schools, the activity should be based on discipline education where charity can be permeated. It also requires that students’ behavior be guided, morality be cultivated in daily life, and the management mechanism be implemented to guarantee the charity.
