“The hope of the revitalization of China depends upon education, while the revitalization of education depends on teachers”, which is the summarized education development experience of many years, but also is the objective demand of the times development. For the beginning teachers, they are not only the important part of the teachers, but also the “fresh blood” for the schools’ development, their quality and ability plays a vital role in the development of education career. As for the rural beginning teachers, they not only bear the general attributes of duties, but also have to undertake the important duties of promoting the development for themselves and education, which under the background of rural areas. Therefore, it’s urgent to promote the benign growth of the rural beginning teachers.The reflective teacher since the 1980 s has risen from the United States, Canada, Britain and other western countries, and then spread to the whole world, which becomes an important trend in the reform of teacher education gradually. The reflective teacher adapts to the needs which the teacher asked in modern society, at the same time, on the basis of raising their professional quality and ability and then promote the development of modern education greatly. Therefore, the reflective teacher is not only the important trend in reform of teacher education in the world, but also should become the basic target that teachers pursuit in our country, especially the teachers who teach in the primary schools and junior schools, should make themselves grow to the new image of the reflective teacher.Rural beginning teachers are vulnerable groups in teachers group, so it is of great significance to focus on their growth. However, when we reflect on the studies on the rural beginning teachers in our country, we can find that the studies on their growth are rare, especially the studies on their reflective growth. Therefore, this article is on the basis of theory of beginning teachers, which in western countries and our country, with the rural beginning teachers as the logical starting point, by means of reflection, and for the development pursuit of reflective teacher, then clarify the reality dilemmas produced during the process, that the rural beginning teachers by means of reflection to grow to be reflective teachers, and analysis them, then find out the corresponding countermeasures. Under the guidance of this thought, this paper is divided into five parts:Part I Preface: Put forward the study object, and review the related literature at home and abroad, which consist of the research reviewed about beginning teachers, the teaching reflection and the reflective teachers. Otherwise, study and reflect on the relevant theories which are existed, find out the shortage of the existing literature research, and determine the relevant concepts of the article, then put forward the research value and method.Part II Present Situation Investigation: Firstly put forward the investigation design in this paper, which includes the selection of the investigation objects and investigation methods, the investigation progress and the investigation conclusion. In the process of investigating, the positive and negative effects about the rural teachers in elementary and secondary schools are summarized in the forms of interviews and cases.Part III Trouble Analysis: As the paper summarized in the former part, on the basis of the three types of reality dilemma which are appeared in the reflective growth process of rural beginning teachers, find out the core factors with the results of the actual survey, then summarize and classify them.Part IV Countermeasure Research: Consider the former two parts about the reality dilemma; this part is on the basis of the analysis of refined elements of the integration of the countermeasures, which provides the suggestions about the rural beginning teachers’ reflective growth.
