In recent years, we have to survive the serious destruction of ecological system, and present the deteriorating trend at present. It seriously restricts the improvement of people’s life quality, threatens people’s health, therefore, for construction of ecological civilization is our urgent topic. As a in the ready state of teachers, the author is ready to introduce ecological civilization through in school education, improve the pupil ecological civilization accomplishment, guides the student to set up the correct health values, ecological civilization to ecological civilization construction.Pupil is a piece of uncared jade, a variety of values of the critical period of formation, implementation of ecological civilization education at this time will get twice the result with half the effort. Based on this, the study of primary ecological civilization accomplishment has important theoretical and practical significance.Along with the increasing seriousness of environmental degradation and ecological civilization construction is imminent. In recent years, the Chinese government gradually realized that protect the ecological environment and the importance of the construction of ecological civilization, established many related aspects of the policy. We need to carry out the policy with the participation of individuals. As the hope of motherland in the future primary school students, in particular, ecological civilization education is indispensable.Through inspecting the ecological civilization home and abroad and combining personalities of primary students, this research defines the primary students’ ecological civilization source and protection by acquired training and practice. The primary students also can generate worries and sense of ecological conservation in the process of connecting and observing the nature. What’s more, they can develop their persistent willpower and good ecological behaviors in life and solving environmental problems. Primary students’ civilization attainments are formed by 4 parts: ecological civilization knowledge, ecological civilization emotion, ecological civilization willpower and ecological civilization behaviors. There are 4 dimensionalities in primary students’ civilization attainments. It takes four elementary schools in Changsha of Hunan Province as the research bases. The author conducts investigative research on the current situations of ecological civilization attainment of elementary school students and dissects the current situation and existing problems of ecological civilization of elementary school students with the analysis of data results. These problems include: some parents are lack of the ecological civilization attainment; the society pursue excessively the short-term economic benefits and the guidance of public opinion has the deviation; primary school students are lack of natural abilities and initiation; the ecological civilization education is imperfect in primary schools. The author analyses the reasons for these problems and gives out some local and specific suggestions. To improve the comprehensive quality of students, realize their overall development, and promote the construction of harmonious society, theoretical support and practical guidance are provided.
