According to pedagogy, teacher-student relationship is a relationship in the school environment, between teachers and students in the education process of the formation,including each other’s status, role and attitudes of reciprocal treatment. Good teacher-student relationship is to maintain the educational process, the basis for the smooth progress of teaching activities. For a long time, due to historical, cultural and educational concepts and other reasons, students in vocational schools are considered inferior students ’poor students’,teachers in vocational school are considered below the ordinary high school teachers, this led directly to the tense relationship between teachers and students in vocational school. How to recognize, treat, handle the relationship between teachers and students in vocational education, which involves social and cultural concepts, teaching thinking thought ontological student, teacher quality and other factors. Is the essence of the theory of communicative action Habermas on a philosophy, with a new understanding of the theory, the current vocational schools to build a harmonious relationship between teachers and students,is undoubtedly a useful attempt.Habermas one of the most important contemporary philosopher in Germany. Habermas’ s theory of communicative action has had a huge impact in the contemporary era. The theory treats the language as the medium, treats the life world as a link, treats the understanding as the guidance, and treats the mutual subjectivity as its main characteristics. The life world is made up of the objective world and subjective world and the social world. Habermas ’s four kinds of action theories include Teleological Action, Normatively-Regulated Action,Dramaturgical Action and Commuicative Action. Through using Habermas’ theory of communicative action, this research applies Literature study method, analysis method of system science, and theory study, by studying the current students’ characteristics in secondary vocational school, the teachers’ characteristics in secondary vocational school in our country, and the resent situation of the relationship between teachers and students,makes a comprehensive analysis of the causes of secondary vocational school teacher-student relationship which is not harmonious, and meanwhile putting forward corresponding suggestions and counter measures. I want to build Respect for teachers’ love to students in vocational schools, democracy and equality, both teaching and learning, psychological harmonious blending of the new teacher-student relationship by reference to Habermas’ stheory of communicative action.
