In a long time, students' subjectivity was neglected in the moral education. Now, while their subjectivity is emphasized, it is apt to replace and deny teachers' subjectivity, which has resulted in perplexities for improving. the teacher-student relationship. So, it is vital to change substantiality thinking to relation thinking, a new philosophic angle, to balance and optimize the relationship. "Intersubjectivity" emphasizes that subjects should communicate equally, to form a intercourse community and a subjects-group, and relation body. It has transcended the substantiality thinking and really features the relation thinking. The contents of this thesis are as follows:The first part expresses the background of reconstructing the teacher-student relationship. By the review of the three typical modes of the teacher-student relationship, the author reveals the dilemma of the subject-object mode of the relationship. The style of "teacher-orientation" took the main role in traditional teacher-student relationship, and its defects aggravated, which was the main realistic background for reconstructing the relationship. Though the styles of "student-orientation" and "double-subject" are superior to "teacher-orientation", they aren't able to really reconstruct the relationship of teachers and students, limited in dichotomy of subject-object. The three typical modes share Subjectivity Philosophy basis which has entangled in theoretical and practical crisis. Its inter-predicament means the urgency of reconstructing with breaking the dichotomy of subject-object.The second one is the important contents. The author, in the respects of ethics, epistemology, existentialism and historical social meaning, representing social life, reveals the basic implication of intersubjectivity. Only Intersubjectivity philosophy can solve the dilemma of the subjectivity philosophy, which shows the feasibility of its becoming foundation for reconstruction of the relationship. Furthermore, in philosophy, pedagogy, and sociology, psychology, there are adequate bases for it. The author holds that the intersubjective teacher-student relationship accords with the trend of the teacher-student relationship.The third part is the sublimation of the thesis. The author outlines basic attributes of the intersubjective teacher-student relationship, then discusses the subjectivity of teachers and student in the new relationship. Then the thesis represents those embodiments of transcending the subject-object relationship: the relationship will work as the energy source of moral education, without centre; moral education, returning to life world, will become its original-ego; full subjectivity of teachers and students are developed to get rid of occupancy-centre education.; Value - guidance and Self- establishment are consolidated, their initiative is fully developed.
