Research On The Application Method Of Social Work Involved In College Students’ Personal Goal Management

College students are the future of a country and the nation’s hope, every bit of problems from university students is the focus of the state and society. The whole society should focus on the problem of how to ensure the healthy growth of college students. There are lots of problems existing in current college students, represented by excessive game in Internet addiction problems, represented by obesity anorexia in health management problems, represented by truancy skipping classes in study problems and represented by interpersonal adverse in emotional problems. Many experts and scholars gave their opinion and solution in these problems.This paper belongs to the exploratory research, taking college students as the main research object, using literature research, questionnaire investigation, case analysis and other specific methods, analyzing and summarizing the social work intervention feasible mode of managing college students’ personal goals. Through the industrial and commercial management in the field of mature target management method is introduced by means of intervention of social work students groups, in order to cultivating personal goal management ability of college students and providing a new solution of solving the current problems of college students’ group.This article is divided into five parts.The first part is introduction. This part expounds the main problem and the background and the significance of college students’ personal goal management. After combing domestic and foreign researchers in different areas such as pedagogy, psychology and sociology relevant research results. proposing the method of social work for the possibility of college students’ personal goal management and related theoretical basis.The second part is for the investigation and analysis of target management status of college students. Mainly through sending questionnaire and interviewing 146 college students in the Qing court campus of Anhui University. describing analysis of the current college students’ personal goal management of the status. The analysis shows that college students have applied to improve personal goal management requirements and it is concluded that the necessity of the social work intervention in college students’ personal goal management.The third part is to analyzing the current college students’ personal goal management in the part of problems and its reasons. By means of exploring physical health problems, employment, psychological health problems, interpersonal problems of college students’ group respectively, concluding the lack of personal goal management ability of college students. In sum up, on the basis of college students personal goal management problems, to analyzing the causes of the problem from two aspects of college students themselves and the social environment.The fourth part is the social work intervention study of college students’ personal goal management way. By introducing method of college students’ personal goal management theory and the practice of social work in college students’ management by objectives method respectively and concluded the specific social work is involved in college students’ personal goal management application methods, and start practical research through the social workers’presentation application methods.The fifth part is summary and prospect. The conclusion is that personal goal management problems exist in the current college students groups; the social work intervention for assisting the current college students’personal goal management is effective in the general process of social work mode and the study of social work intervention in college students management by objectives, the development pattern and application scenario to be imagining by the analysis of college students’ group.
