Research On The Application Of Social Work Intervention Mode Into The Student Management For Independent Colleges

The core of the study is about problems of college social work intervention the pattern of independent college work. With higher education continuously moving forward and the appearances of independent Institute, private education in China has entered a new period of development. Although the traditional college students working pattern formed a relatively complete system, this working pattern is difficult to meet the development of independent college work, facing the rising of the Independent Institute. That through the introduction of concepts and methods of college social work, and the establishment of a pattern of operating the traditional college students and college social work pattern of combining independent college system, is the only way to explore a viable road for Independent College.This study, taking an independent College of Wuhan City for example, combining the literature and case interviews research methods, analyzing the work of existing models and independent colleges characteristics of college students in China, to explore the role of school social work student work of the Independent Institute, and to explore a suitable pattern for the development of the Independent College.The paper is divided into five parts:Introduction:Description of the origin, significance, theoretical framework and innovation and the approach of the study.Part Ⅱ:Summary of the independent development of the college and college students working pattern analysis of the particularity of the Development of Independent Colleges and the pros and cons of our current college students working pattern.Part Ⅲ:a brief introduction to the concept of school social work, ideas, methods, and the role, focusing on analysis of school social work intervention possibilities and maneuverability of the Independent College system. Find a school of social work in the philosophy and methods of the correspondences between student characteristics and status of work with the Independent Institute.Part Ⅳ:Through comparison of school social work pattern and traditional pattern of college students work further proposed school social work involved in the Independent College, focus up from the system an opportunity and system innovation that schools of social work involved in the Independent College operability.Part Ⅴ:Briefly discussed the introduction of the challenges faced by the school social work, and this new model in the future development of the Independent College.
