The power in the curriculum of teachers shows the democratization of education, also the core concept of our new curriculum reform. Comparing with the power study, teacher rights’ study is more scarce, let alone a type of teacher’s rights. But power can’t exist alone, usually comes from the right. So this research would discuss the power of curriculum on the combination of law the concept of right, from the view of the power- right harmonious coexistence. This study aimed at rural primary school teachers power phenomenon and problems that exist in the curriculum implementation, discusses the rural primary school teachers curriculum the possibility of empowerment.There are five parts in the researchThe first part: About the background and existing problems of curriculum power. The research on rural primary school teachers curriculum power is not only puts forward new requirements, but also the key factors to promote the school-based curriculum development.The second part: Define the key concept based on the past research results, from the pedagogy, the multiple perspective of law, including power, curriculum power, curriculum implementation and rural primary school, more clear the object and the content of this study.The third part: The premise of rural primary school teachers curriculum power--empowerment. First is an overview of "teacher empowerment", namely, what is a "teacher empowerment", and then to the current teacher empowerment is discussed respectively, and the internal and external force to the national level giving teachers right and personal right to exercise power need to work together. Finally combining power- right category, and put forward the ideal state of teacher empowerment proper rights law, teachers understand correctly, reasonable operation power.The fourth part: The realistic of rural primary school’s curriculum power. This research chose 100 teachers in Sichuan rural primary school. Through the investigation and study and a realistic, this study will analysis the phenomenon and problem of the power in the curriculum implementation.The fifth part: According to the result, this part will be mainly about the advantage and disadvantage of rural primary teacher empowerment. Then it will also put forward the guarantee of external and internal. The main purpose of my study is a profound understanding of powers and right in curriculum.
