The high school principal's curriculum leadership is the ability of comprehensively leading curriculum education,which is determined by the principal's own role,takes the construction of curriculum system as the starting point,takes the organizational structure of curriculum teaching as the means,relies on curriculum resources,takes curriculum evaluation as the navigation,and takes the reform of governance structure as the support.Its behavior process is multidimensional.This study focuses on the connotation structure of curriculum leadership of senior high school principals,and explores the problems and influencing factors of research on high school principal's curriculum leaderships.The research adopts the methods of questionnaire and interview,and draws the following conclusions:Generally speaking,The research on high school principal's curriculum leadership is generally awesome.Although principals can respond positively and improve in practice,there are still deficiencies in the five dimensions of the survey results in terms of constructivism,structural strength,navigational power,supply and change force.Specifically reflected in:(1)the general construction power of curriculum system,the principal's unclear cognition of his own role and the imperfect mechanism of leading multiple parties to participate in the construction;(2)the weak structure power of the curriculum teaching organization form,which shows the clear thinking of the school elders in what kind of curriculum teaching organization form they need to structure,but their ability to deal with specific problems in the relevant educational practice Lack of;(3)the lack of navigation power of curriculum diagnosis and evaluation,lack of action research ability in finding problems,analyzing problems and formulating problem solving plans;(4)the weak supply power of curriculum resources,mainly for deepening the theoretical understanding of the connotation,value,form of existence,main body and management mode of curriculum resources,and emphasizing the importance of curriculum resources construction.And urgency;(5)the transformation power of school governance structure is obviously insufficient,which is reflected in the fact that although most principals want to change the current hierarchical school organization and management structure,they are obviously lack of planning and slow in action.Based on the above research conclusions,this paper first analyzes the internal and external reasons,and summarizes the factors such as the lack of in-depth understanding of the value of curriculum leadership by principals,the unclear role of principals in curriculum leadership,the narrow path for principals to enhance specialization,the insufficient input of teachers to improve curriculum leadership,and the imperfect external administrative participation mechanism.Secondly,based on the case study of Beijing a school principal's curriculum leadership experience,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the curriculum leadership of senior high school principals: first,strengthen professional learning,actively update and enrich theoretical knowledge,participate in relevant professional training,and conduct in-depth investigation of highquality schools;secondly,in practice,clear the role of the leader,create multiple opportunities to participate,and create curriculum leadership Finally,we should optimize the government and social conditions,increase the input of teachers,standardize the mechanism of administrative participation and family participation,and provide environmental support for improving the high school principal's curriculum leadership.
