In recent years,preschool education has been attached great importance by the Party and the government as well as all sectors of society.As an important part of preschool education,the development of preschool education in rural areas has also attracted wide attention from all walks of life.As one of the most important forms of preschool education in rural areas,the present situation of curriculum development and implementation in rural primary schools has a direct impact on the quality of rural kindergartens.Therefore,the research on it has a strong practical significance.In this study,a representative kindergarten P garden,which is located in A County of Northern Fujian,was selected as a case,and the current situation of curriculum development and implementation was studied by multiple research methods,including literature review,observation,interview and text analysis.The problems and causes of curriculum development and implementation are analyzed,and the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward.This study first introduces the general situation of the affiliated kindergarten of P township primary school,and then investigates the current situation of curriculum development and implementation in this kindergarten.Among them,curriculum development focuses on the development of curriculum objectives,the selection and organization of curriculum content,and the collection and analysis of curriculum evaluation.The implementation of the curriculum is investigated and analyzed from three aspects: the implementation of the curriculum plan,the implementation of various activities and the implementation of the curriculum evaluation.Based on a full investigation of the current situation of curriculum development and implementation in the park,this paper analyzes the problems and causes of curriculum development and implementation in the park.The existing problems mainly include:vague concept of curriculum development,lack of standardization of curriculum plan,elementary,casual implementation of curriculum and formalization of curriculum evaluation;The main reasons include: weak teachers,single subject of kindergarten curriculum development,rural preschool education management system and mechanism is not sound.Based on the analysis of the problems and causes in the curriculum development and implementation of the kindergarten attached to the township primary school,this study further puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions.First of all,the teacher level includes: the director changes the concept,improves the curriculum leadership ability,the kindergarten teacher enhances the curriculum development consciousness,enhances the curriculum implementation ability.Secondly,the kindergarten level includes: gather the efforts of all parties to improve the existing curriculum system;township central primary schools to give support,attach importance to kindergarten curriculum development.Finally,the social level includes: government investment to promote the development of rural preschool education;social support.
