Ball games with strong ornamental, compared with other sports, the people involved more according to statistics, with more than two-thirds of the audience in the world, in our country, most influential event non football and basketball is not, however, with the development course of sports, not harmonious factor is also followed, stadium violence is the harm of most of these disharmonious factors. Therefore, in the overall rule of law today, in our country, it is necessary according to control violence on the field.Comprehensive academic research results and our country about the stadium violence research focus reflected in three aspects: first, stadium violence embodied in a single movement; second, analysis about the field spectator violence; third, stadium, the causes of violence research. Thus, in our country from the legal face stadium violence system research and larger space, on the one hand can for future preventive stadium violence probe into ways. On the other hand can also do beneficial exploration to enrich the theoretical system of sport violent in China legal governance.The research object of this paper is the stadium violence. Using the method of literature and expert interview, research methods, the connotation of court violence, violence on the football field classification, stadium violence causes, violence on the field of legal basis, the foreign court violence governance were studied. Analysis:First, the stadium violence is taking place in sports field in ball sports field during the game, a player’s body and direct contact more ball movement, directly involved in the main body of the sports stadium between(including fans at the scene) the harm others, resulting in causing injury, death or damage to public and private property in criminal acts.Second, according to the stadium violence implementation of the relationship between subject and object against stadium violence could be divided into five categories, violence between the player and the player; between the players and the fans of violence; violence between the fans and the fans; violence between the players and the fans, the referee; between players, fans and property violence.Third, the causes of soccer violence has comprehensive, social factors, stadium, stadium individual factors and course management factors, the key factor lies in the sports legal system is not perfect.Fourth, at present, mainly existed in the legal governance of the stadium violence reflected in four aspects: poor awareness of the law, laws and regulations is not perfect, the implementation of the system is not perfect, the punishment is not enough.Fifth, stadium violence law governing countermeasures: nurture the legal consciousness, on the cultivation of perfecting legislation, complete implementation of the system, increase law enforcement efforts.
