Research Of The Reason And Solution On The Spectator Violence In Football Stadium In China

In recent years, the spectator violence in football stadium in China has increased year by year ,and in the tendency of spreading the ground . We must realize that the spectator violence in football stadium in our country has become an unstable factor for our society and lead to a bad influence on the stability of our society and the image of our country. Therefore, the study on tackling the spectator violence in football stadium should be carry on as soon as possible in order to solve the urgent problem. As we all known the research on this field in our country is still on the initial stage, so I choose this topic and analyses it from the angles of law and morality, on the one hand not only for the strategies to tackle the spectator violence in football stadium of the work of reference, on the other hand, but also for the enrichment of the exploration of China's theory strategies to tackle the spectator violence in football stadium.This paper has been applied literature review, expert interview, and logic analysis and SWOT analysis. The literature review is mainly collected by the concept of the spectator violence in football stadium, the present situation of the spectator violence in football stadium in China, and the application of law and moral strategies to tackle the spectator violence in football stadium in China. Experts interview was to illustrate the facts which affect the spectator violence in football stadium in China, the existing problem in applying law and moral strategies to tackle field spectator violence in China, and the advantage and limitation of applying law and moral strategies to adjust audience's behavior. Using the method of investigation at site is to know the present situation of spectator violence in football stadium in China at site. Logical analysis was applied to collect the material, furthermore, to draw the conclusion of the mutual effects of law and moral strategies to tackle the spectator violence in football stadium in China. At last, law and moral strategies should be applied to tackle the spectator violence at matches by bringing their advantage and compensate each shortage.
