The Campus Violence And The Cultivation Of Middle School Students' Legal Consciousness

Campus violence is a serious harm to minors growing social phenomenon,not only endanger the health of teachers and students in physical and psychological,but also a serious impact on the long-term stability of society.Especially school violence in recent years frequent,middle school students turned into perpetrators of violence.Additionally,more subtle causes of school violence,sexual violence,strengthening the trend groups,minors crime rate increased,which caused strong concern.Middle school students,this should be a vibrant,high-spirited state,but because of adolescent rebellion,impulsive personality,has not yet formed right and wrong and values,but also lack of basic legal knowledge in the social climate and poor interpersonal exchanges,contributing to breed violence.In this paper,social,school,family and personal perspective to analyze the reasons of violence high school students produced,with the current middle school students legal education that exists,stresses the importance of legal education introduced in status,legal personnel of the school;and begins when awareness of violence formed violence-prone students guidance,education and isolation;with social networking tools to strengthen communication between schools and families,schools and students,guidance and education;and through community organizations,cooperation among government agencies,for secondary school students to create a good legal studies atmosphere.
