Objective:The acceleration of the existing and running training and teaching methods, there are many shortcomings of traditional training methods emphasize only the training of athletes separate parts of the body, ignores the function of athletes power chain energy transfer, led to the athletes while power quality is very good, but can’t play in the process of accelerated run out of power. At the same time, the traditional training for a long time, because do not attach importance to the training of the athletes of limbs, make some athletes muscles appear compensatory function, eventually lead to injury. Therefore, to find a can not only improve the speed running technology and performance, and can avoid sports injury training method has become urgent problems coaches at all levels. Pillar strength training, this paper tries to explore the trunk in the application effect of acceleration sprinters training, looking forward to for a sprinter can improve the technical level and sprint runs to provide new training method.Methods:This article through the literature material law, expert interview method, experimental method and mathematical statistics to the trunk pillar strength training in the effect of acceleration sprinters training conducted in-depth exploration.Conclusions:1. After the trunk pillar strength training for 16 weeks, the achievements of the athletes FMS test again, found that FMS grades improve significantly, on the left side of the body increases from 13.5 points to 13.5 points, to 24.5% growth, the right side of the body increases from 14.3 points to 14.3 points, to 21.3% growth, growth has very significant (P< 0.01), suggesting the trunk pillar pillar stability and strength training can effectively increase the athlete body movement power chain energy transfer ability.2. After the trunk pillar strength training for 16 weeks, the athletes of the hip and knee joint Angle and then testing found that the hip joint Angle is from 144 degrees to 154 degrees and knee joint Angle is from 163 degrees to 163 degrees, improve the proportion of 7% and 4.3% respectively, after the paired samples T test obtained before and after the training Angle difference was very significant (P< 0.01), suggesting the trunk pillar strength training can improve athletes run more moments of hip and knee Angle, increase the athlete body pillar stability, improve the speed running technology.3. After the trunk pillar strength training for 16 weeks,30 meters,60 meters and 100 meters of athletes performance tested and found that the experimental group 30 meters results from the original 4.59 seconds to 4.46 seconds,60 meters record by 7.95 seconds to 7.84 seconds,100 meters record by 12.67 seconds to 12.67 seconds, improve the ratio of 2.8%,1.4% and 1.34% respectively, after a paired sample T test of three scores before and after the training into a very significant difference (P< 0.01), indicating that the trunk pillar strength training to improve the sprint performance has a significant effect.4. After the trunk pillar strength training for 16 weeks, compare the indicators of the experimental group and the control group, found in traditional training to join the trunk pillar strength training of the training effect is better than single traditional training effect.
