Core strength training is a new type of athletic sports training methods, which was introuduced by the physical rehabilitation and fitness field. Swimming, gymnastics, pole vault, canoeing and other sports for core strength training is earlier in our country, but the body Core strength training lacks of wide application of theoretical and experimental research in competitive sports.The literature, expert interviews, questionnaire, experiment, video analysis, and mathematical statistics are applicated in this paper. Beijing Sport University, competitive college, Training 2 level, total of 20 men,100m athletes core body strength training, which is divided the experimental group and control group for 12 weeks of training, and make a analysis to the core strength movements on the body index, Sprinter Strength Index, special speed indicators, the way Accelerative Running and running time off the ground phase of kicking kinematic, the following conclusions:1. In this paper, based on the analysis to the concept of core strength, and the questionnaire to it by experts, the core body strength is defined as:all the muscles and ligament attached to the body core which is under the control of nerve. genarated force due to its contraction.2. The body core strength training methods reveal four phases:the first stage the core area of the body posture to maintain stable conditions (four pads static action); the second phase of the core area of the body posture to maintain control while doing physical exercise (5 Swiss ball power of action); the third stage the core area of the body under conditions of non-static stability maintained (four Swiss ball static action); the fourth stage the core area of the body under conditions of non-steady hand movements (4 a suspension dynamic action).3. The evaluation standard that reflect the core body strength test before and after were:the special forces including standing long jump, standing triple jump, squat and full squatting;the special qualities including speed of 30 meters,60 meters and 100 meter time trial race; stages of acceleration and pedal Running extended time away from the ground, including the trunk before the kinematic inclination, hip angle, the angle between the legs, and a step away from complex.4. After the experiment to the body core strength training, the 17 moves target have significant changes, indicating the core body strength training on sprint athletes balance, stability, and coordination with good results.5. Through the test to the power and speed, the standing triple jump, squat,60 meters and 100 meter time trial run of the changes are significant differences as a result6. After experiment, the accelerated phase of kicking off the ground time kinematic indicators suggest that the trunk before the dip and a recovery step are significant different;and after the body core strength training Running stage kicking off theground moments trunk anteversion are significant different as well.
