Spring hula hoop is a new sports equipment, sports forms, with fitness and entertainment value. This article aims to compose a physical and mental development in line with the law of adolescent females, and can achieve the effect of spring fitness hula hoop aerobics, assessed by the sets of aerobics exercise load and health effects, to explore the spring hula hoop exercise on the female juvenile sports fitness value.The study is divided into two parts:(1) binding characteristics of the spring hula hoop sport, sports theory, theory and compose aerobics equipment female juvenile mental development law, compose spring hula hoop aerobics; (2) to Caofeidian, Tangshan City, Hebei Province The third area is completely junior high school sophomore girls 30 experimental subjects for the intervention, and 29 girls in the same grade as the control group.
