In recent years,the physical quality of college students has experienced a Waterloo-like decline.Under the condition that the teaching mode and exercise method of physical education in colleges and universities are too single,the irregularities in eating habits and daily routines of most students undoubtedly worsen the situation.Good physical fitness is an important part of all-round talents in the new era.As the last school before entering the society,colleges and universities should pay more attention to the improvement of college students’ physical fitness.The documents issued by the State Council and the Ministry of Education agree that strengthening the physical fitness of young people and helping young people grow up healthily is a major event closely related to the future of the country and the nation.School physical education is an important part of the country’s quality education and the promotion of the all-round development of our students.It is of great significance for advancing the modernization of education,promoting the construction of a country with strong human resources,and realizing the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Physical motor function training was introduced from the United States.It is a multidisciplinary training method that comprehensively develops physical fitness.On the basis of the advantages of traditional physical training,it pays more attention to the linkage between small muscle groups and joints.Compared with traditional physical training,it pays more attention to the joint development of muscles and nervous system.It is characterized by integrating the resources of the whole body to improve overall physical fitness.In terms of training content,physical motor function training focuses on multi-dimensional,multi-joint joint action and muscle and nerve Systematic cooperation;pay attention to the quality of completed actions and the improvement of athletes’ own athletic ability;pay attention to the training of action patterns.Aerobics is a complete set of exercises accompanied by music to achieve the purpose of shaping the body,improving cardiopulmonary function,cultivating good aesthetics,and regulating mental activities.It is a fusion of strength and beauty.It can shape well in the learning process of aerobics.The external shape of the physique can improve physical fitness and cultivate sentiment,which is deeply loved by a wide range of female college students.At present,the physical fitness exercises carried out in college aerobics classes are still based on traditional physical training,and the training content and methods are too monotonous.Physical exercise function training can effectively enhance the flexibility of each joint of the body and the stability of core parts,improve the completion quality of aerobics movements and difficulty,reduce the probability of athletes’ sports injuries in aerobics,and promote the overall physical fitness of the practitioners.Improvement.In this study,80 students were randomly selected from Shandong Normal University’s2019 class aerobics elective course using literature data method,expert interview method,experimental method and mathematical statistics method,and formed the experimental group and the control group for a 12-week comparative physical fitness training experiment.The physical fitness exercises of the experimental group were carried out using physical motor function training movements,and the physical fitness exercises of the control group were carried out using traditional physical training movements.Before and after the experiment,the two groups of students were tested for their physical fitness.The test items are as follows: 50-meter run(speed quality),one-minute sit-ups(strength fitness),standing long jump(strength fitness),800-meter run(endurance quality),five items of sitting body flexion(flexibility).In the unified test on the experimental subjects before the experiment,it was found that the test results of each item of the two groups of experimental subjects were not significantly different(P>0.05),which met the prerequisites for the experiment.During the experiment,the two groups were consistent except for the different physical fitness training methods.After the experiment,the two groups of subjects were tested again in a unified manner,and the following results were obtained:1.Comparing the test result data of 50 meters(speed quality)between the experimental group and the control group showed no significant difference(P>0.05);2.Comparing the test result data of standing long jump(strength quality)between the experimental group and the control group showed a significant difference(P<0.05);3.Comparing the test result data of one-minute sit-ups(strength quality)between the experimental group and the control group showed a very significant difference(P<0.01);4.Comparing the test result data of sitting body flexion(flexibility)between the experimental group and the control group showed no significant difference(P>0.05);5.Comparing the test result data of the 800-meter running(endurance quality)between the experimental group and the control group showed a significant difference(P<0.05).From this,the research conclusions are drawn:1.Both physical motor function training and traditional physical training can effectively promote the improvement of various physical qualities of female college students;2.Both physical motor function training and traditional physical training can promote the performance of the 50-meter run(speed quality);3.Compared with traditional physical training,physical exercise training has more obvious improvements in standing long jump(strength quality),one-minute sit-ups(strength quality)and 800-meter running(endurance quality).4.The improvement of sitting body flexion(flexibility)of the two groups of experimental subjects is inseparable from the movement learning of aerobics.
