Since the reformand opening upwith therapid development of China’s economy, social mobility become more frequent, occupational status differentiation also intensified. But in the study of social structure in vigorous, there has been a "gender blind", as if the woman does not exist.In developed countriesthere is morecareerbreakto form "M-type employment patterns," the formation ofthe labor marketisdominated by men, women tend tobe overlooked.However, in China, the situation is completely different. After the founding of New China, the Chinese women into the society began a large-scale employment, and Chinese women in their lives start to finish has its own occupation, even if married, nor does it affect their career trajectory. The Japanese have a term called "Mother norms," said the child is three years old before the mother should resign specialized care for children. But in China,parentshelp take care ofthe baby, the childrencontinue to workseems to beanotherspecification.With the development of society and economy, men are the mainstay of the family as well as the times of the only source of income is over, especially after the reform and opening up, changes in the occupational structure so that women get more jobs, accompanied by senior occupational structure chemotaxis of women have increasingly high-class career trends, women are gradually get higher social status and economic status, they have contributed to a change in family status of women, so that women are becoming more influential in their family.Under this difference, this study is to discuss the professional status of women has influence on the family status.Firstly, a review of literature on the Chinese women’s employment patterns forming process are described, followed by the formation of the reasons described in the M-type employment patterns in developed countries, after the proposed model is different from the M-type employment ladder continued employment patterns according to China’s realities continuous employment patterns and trapezoidal interpretation.Secondly,Secondly, this paper examines the various effects of questionnaires occupational status of women on family status.
