Since the 1990 s, the information technology in this time has developed very quickly,and online training has been widely applied in the enterprise training and teacher training as a new form of education.But online teacher training exist phenomenon of "make it rigidly uniform" currently. This kind of informal action ignored students’ personalized learning demand. Some online training can only become a mere formality. In this paper, through the research of which based on the thinking style of online teacher training and the design of the relational model, We can expect not only rich the personalized learning theory, but also guide the teachers’ learning activities of design in the online training practice, then improve the training effect and quality.This paper takes teachers as the research object. with using literature research method, questionnaire survey method and the research method of content analysis. We launch the research on the relationship between thinking style and learning activities preferences. This paper is mainly based on the literature about the researching theory of thinking styles theory and learning activity theory. Through the analysis of characteristics of different thinking types, then compare it to learning activity theory as corresponding hypothesis. We can theoretically make a foundation of personalized model construct. Use "The thinking style and learning activity questionnaire for online teacher’s training" to measure and collect and data about selection preference relationship between thinking style and learning activities. Finally, we can use logistic regression analysis to get the prediction model of thinking style in learning activities online, then deduce the personalized relational model between thinking style and learning activities.Through the analysis of the questionnaire data, this paper obtained the correlations and prediction model between learning activities and thinking style. The research result verifies multiple corresponding hypothesis between thinking style and preference of learning activities in the theoretical analysis. The descriptive analysis by measuring teachers’ thinking style is in line with the basic expected research. Compare it to the existing research conclusions, they are also consistent. Thinking style of many types can obviously predict the online learning activities. The regression model can also fits good. The relational model which is got in this design has high usability. For example, if the learning activities of legislative style has a positive prediction on the strong self-study type, the conservative style will have a reversed prediction on the practical learning activities. If the equal competition and law enforcement style is stronger, teaches will probably tend to evaluate the learning outcomes of individual selecting. If the local style is stronger, the possibility of teacher evaluation of individual choice will be lower.Teachers must adapt to the new situation in this new era, then implement education idea of the combination between teaching and information technology in this new era. At the policy level, we have requested the teachers must become lifelong learners, teachers online training is of great significance to teaching. Research on how to recommend appropriate learning activities based on personalized features to teachers in online training environment has very great realistic meanings.
