Then, between different industries have different characteristics, on the training time also need to make a selection based on the characteristics of enterprise, so after the introduction of enterprise E-Learning training system, need corresponds with the industry based on the characteristics of the enterprise, and on the basis of the original training planning and design, suitable for this enterprise E-Learning training system, refers to can and corresponds to the human resources management, improve enterprise competitiveness in an all-round way.In this study, a multinational, for example, by introducing micro course in E-Learning training system, to analyze the effect of language training summary, provide an important basis for the recommendations and guidance for the application of the relevant companies in the same industry training system.
