Do which factors influence the teachers' teaching effect? Many relative researches have been done around the world. At present, it is a common recognition in educational circle that many teachers do not lack knowledge but capabilities. It is difficult for them to arrange courses, while even more difficult to acquire the resource and environment fit for training teachers' teaching capacities. As one of systematic training means, micro-teaching has achieved fruitful results in training teacher candidates as well as on-the-job teachers. However, according to field observation and the questionnaire investigation, there are still lots of problems existed in the present micro-teaching, especially it takes behaviorism as its theoretical basis and aimes at training teachers' behavioral skills instead of teaching capacities.
