The new curriculum standards enacted since 2011, elementary education curriculum reform into a new stage. New curriculum "to students all-round development" concept is mentioned more important position. Teachers for education of the key factors for the development of the new curriculum reform, the implementation of quality education has played an important role. Music discipline is the important form of aesthetic education in quality education, to improve the aesthetic ability, training innovation spirit, promote the comprehensive development is of great significance, this is can not be replaced by other subjects. Due to the professional and special music subject,only high-quality teachers training is a highly qualified talents. In recent years, more important aspects for teachers’ literacy education attainment is few investigation and study, and the current in the primary and secondary school music teaching, and professional light education thought has also to a great extent, restricts the improvement of the growth of teachers’ quality and teaching level. Therefore, the author combined with the reality of the present situation of primary and secondary school music teachers’ education quality study and puts forward some strategies, to seek the way of progress.This research part of the primary and secondary school music teachers in huanggang area as an object, first using the method of literature analysis and summary of the existing research results, combing and define the concept of the education quality; Put forward my point of view, and expounds the connotation of the accomplishment education of primary and secondary school music teachers.The forms of education attainment of students according to the questionnaire summary data analysis of questionnaire results, combining with the characteristics of music subject for huanggang district elementary school music teachers’ education quality summary and analysis, trying to find the factors which restrict the development of the huanggang area middle and primary school teacher education attainment, and put forward feasible Suggestions to promote the development of primary and secondary school music teacher education attainment.
