| Since the beginning of the 21 st century,with the development of society and economy and the continuous improvement of people’s material living standards,people’s desire for fitness and spending money on health have become a kind of fashion.The awareness of pursuing a healthy lifestyle is increasing day by day,and the demand for fitness is increasing rapidly,and the popular fitness boom is rapidly emerging.But at the same time,it has also caused the contradiction between the lack of facilities for social sports facilities and the growing demand for sports from the general public.The opening of school sports facilities is undoubtedly an effective way to resolve this contradiction.In response,the state has successively issued a series of policy documents: In2017,it promulgated the "Implementation Opinions on Promoting the Opening of School Gymnasiums to the Society",and in 2016 it issued the "Healthy China 2030 Plan Outline" and the earlier "All People The "Fitness Regulations" and other documents stipulate that schools should open sports stadiums to students during their spare time and holidays,and public schools must actively create conditions to open stadiums and gymnasiums to the society.Huanggang City,as a famous educational city in China,is a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Hubei Province.It is located in the eastern part of Hubei Province,south of the Dabie Mountains,and on the north bank of the middle reaches of the Yangtze River.It is the middle section of the Beijing-Kowloon Railway and the Beijing-Kowloon High-speed Railway and is a member of the Wuhan City Circle.First,South and Ezhou,Huangshi,Jiujiang across the Yangtze River,with Anhui in the east and Henan in the north.It is an important health city in the country and the second most populous city in Wuhan.It was on December 15,2017 that it was awarded the top 10 charming city in the first quarter of China Central Television’s "Charming Chinatown."As a strong education city,Huanggang City also strives to become a strong sports city.However,if we want to achieve this goal,we must have sufficient sports facilities as basic material guarantees.In the current state and local governments,it is impossible to build stadiums on a large scale,and the existing sports venues are far from meeting the needs of public fitness.Therefore,it is only timely and reasonable that the sports facilities in primary and secondary schools are open to the society andthe contradiction between supply and demand is improved..If these problems are solved,it will be of great significance to promote the development of the sports industry in Huanggang City,physical fitness activities,and competitive sports activities,and eventually achieve the goal of becoming a strong education city and a strong sports city.In this paper,we use literature,interviews,questionnaires,expert interviews,mathematical statistics and logical analysis methods to conduct a comprehensive study on the status quo of social opening of 15 stadium facilities in Huanggang City.Factor analysis of factors,for these influencing factors to explore the suitable countermeasures for the opening to the outside world of Huanggang City stadium.The conclusions drawn are:1 Due to its dividend in the Wuhan City Circle,Huanggang City has also driven the construction of its sports grounds along with its economic development.As a city with strong education,Huanggang is striving to become a strong sports city.2 Among the 15 primary and secondary schools in Huanggang City,only 11 primary and secondary school sports venues are currently open to the outside world.Most of the open forms are paid and unpaid,and the open form and strength need to be further improved.3 The time for the opening of the primary and secondary sports venues in Huanggang City is usually morning and evening,weekends and holidays.Summer vacation is also a key opening period.Open projects are mainly large and easy-to-implement projects such as walking and jogging track and field and basketball courts.4 The target audience for the training is mainly the teachers and students of the school,surrounding residents,social groups and other personnel,etc.;the choice of exercise items are jogging,walking,basketball,table tennis,badminton,volleyball,football and martial arts;the number of exercise is mainly 3 4 times or irregular;The main exercise sites chosen are the surrounding schools,parks or plazas,and community and fee collection venues.5 There are 22 factors affecting the opening of school stadiums.According to spss data analysis,they can be summarized as four major factors and named as:internal system factors;external resource factors;subjective human factors;and external motivation factors.6 Currently,the problems faced by the sports grounds of primary and secondaryschools in Huanggang City are: · Safety issues;· Lack of a unified and effective management system;· Funding and fees issues;· Insufficient school sports resources;· Lack of professional management personnel.In response to the current situation of the opening of sports facilities in primary and secondary schools in Huanggang City and the existing problems at the current stage,the following suggestions are proposed:1 The leaders of primary and secondary schools in Huanggang City should change their traditional closed thinking,formulate their own sports stadium opening system,and make positive contributions to national fitness and the health of the entire nation.2 Emphasis on the management of sports grounds and the cultivation of complex sports talents,and improve the management level and service level of the entire school sports ground.3 Strengthen the propaganda on the open work of the school stadiums and gymnasiums so as to promote more people to participate in the exercise4 According to the actual situation of their own school,they should have a deep understanding of the training habits of the school-going crowd in order to choose open style,open projects,opening hours and charging standards,so as to promote the openness of the opening and closing of sports grounds in the elementary and secondary schools of Huanggang City under the scientific open system standards.The progress.5 We must pay attention to safety work.On the one hand,schools should be encouraged to collaborate with relevant education and sports departments and communities in formulating a set of scientific safety and security protection mechanisms.On the other hand,we should
