Research purpose:studying the badminton athletes body function and the energy consumption under the premise, reveal special badminton metabolic characteristics, structural characteristics and through the game time, heart rate, blood lactic acid value indicators as the basis, to develop a variety of training plan, and explore the special badminton ball training more optimal way.Research method:Design three kinds of ball training program, a ball training:movement intermittent hours are not fixed, rotation, and the training content for 10×20 group,20×10 killing on the Internet, online 10×20 group,20×10.Many balls training 2:according to the structure of fixed time interval training, practice content is (8 seconds movement +15 seconds interval) X20 attack (8 seconds movement+15 seconds interval) X20 group on defense. Many balls training three:according to the structure of fixed time interval training, practice content is (6 seconds kill the Internet intermittent 10 seconds+8 seconds passive defense intermittent 15 seconds+12 seconds flat drive gear intermittent 20 seconds) X12 group. Training before wearing the polar table records the heart rate all the way, wear Actigraph and record analysis of sports consumption and exercise intensity.Research result:Special badminton athletes have a ball period focused on the 0-3 seconds (28.9%),3-6 seconds (40.4%);No ball period focused on the 3-36.7% for 6 seconds,6-9 seconds 42.6%;With the ball and without the ball time has significant correlation, the function equation of y = 1.8 x, density of 0.55.Have a bail time, no time to shoot several significant correlation. Many balls training an average heart rate of 70%-80% maximum heart rate, low intensity of training, the success rate is higher. Many balls training two average heart rate is 175-8 times/min, the average heart rate has reached 88% of the maximum heart rate, so you can judge the intensity of training plan is larger, and the game is very close to the average heart rate can be used to simulate the intensity of competition; From lactic acid after exercise, average tendency in 11.7 +/-11.7 L lactic acid, the movement of the anaerobic glycolysis system power.
