| Objective:To compare and analyze the energy consumption and substrate metabolism of overweight/obese male college students in exercise period,recovery period and overall under different exercise modes.Exploration:1 The effect of exercise intensity on energy consumption and substrate metabolism;2.The same exercise time and the influence of exercise form on energy consumption and substrate metabolism;3.The effect of exercise intensity and exercise duration on energy consumption and substrate metabolism.Based on the energy consumption and substrate metabolism of an acute exercise,this paper explores the scientific exercise mode of weight loss,so as to provide a basis for overweight/obese people to formulate targeted exercise plans.Research methods:Twenty overweight/obese male college students were tested for four times:the first test was resting oxygen uptake test and maximum oxygen uptake test,the second,third and fourth tests were 30 minute moderate intensity continuous exercise test(MICT)with 50%VO2max intensity,80%VO2max HIIT test(HIIT1)with the same energy consumption as MICT,and 30 minute 80%VO2max high intensity interval exercise test(HIIT2),The gas metabolism indexes during exercise and recovery were recorded,and the energy consumption and substrate metabolism indexes were calculated and compared.The cardiopulmonary function test system was used to collect VO2,VCO2and other data of subjects during exercise and recovery period,and calculate and compare energy consumption and substrate metabolism.Research results:(1)Control the same energy consumption during exercise,and compare the effects of different exercise intensity on energy consumption and substrate metabolism:the sugar consumption rate,sugar energy supply ratio and sugar consumption of HIIT1 during exercise are significantly higher than MICT(P<0.01),while the fat consumption rate,fat energy supply ratio and fat consumption are significantly lower than MICT(P<0.01);During the recovery period of HIIT1,the fat consumption rate,fat energy supply ratio,fat consumption,energy consumption rate and energy consumption were significantly higher than MICT(P<0.01),and the sugar energy supply ratio was lower than MICT(P<0.01).Although there was no significant difference in sugar consumption rate between the two,the duration of HIIT1 was significantly longer than that of MICT(P<0.01),so the sugar consumption was significantly higher than that of MICT.The total sugar consumption rate,sugar energy supply ratio,sugar consumption,energy consumption rate and energy consumption HIIT1 of"exercise period+recovery period"were significantly higher than MICT(P<0.01),while the fat consumption rate,fat energy supply ratio and fat consumption HIIT1 were significantly lower than MICT(P<0.05).(2)Control the same exercise time and compare the effects of different forms of exercise on energy consumption and substrate metabolism:the comparison trend of energy consumption and substrate metabolism indexes in exercise period and recovery period between HIIT2 and MICT is similar to result 1.The total sugar consumption rate,sugar energy supply ratio,sugar consumption,fat consumption,energy consumption rate and energy consumption HIIT2 of"exercise period+recovery period"were significantly higher than MICT(P<0.05),and the fat energy supply ratio MICT was significantly higher than HIIT2(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference between them(P>0.05).(3)The control intensity was the same,and the effects of different exercise duration on energy consumption and substrate metabolism were compared:the total sugar consumption,fat consumption and energy consumption of HIIT1"exercise period+recovery period"were significantly lower than that of HIIT2(P<0.05).The total sugar consumption,fat consumption and energy consumption of HIIT1 account for 80%,70%and 80%of HIIT2 respectively.Research conclusion:(1)Under the same energy consumption,the total fat consumption of a high-intensity exercise"exercise period+recovery period"is less than that of moderate intensity exercise,but the exercise time is shorter and the total energy consumption is higher.(2)At the same exercise time,HIIT fat consumption is mainly concentrated in the recovery period after exercise,and the total energy consumption and fat consumption of"exercise period+recovery period"are more than those of MICT.(3)At the same exercise intensity,a long period of HIIT consumes more sugar and lipid,suggesting that a large dose of HIIT exercise may be more conducive to fat loss. |
