Basketball is currently carried out in our country more widely, it is a team-based sport, confronting fiercely, which is characterized by changing the court case, the athlete needs to respond quickly to the situation according to the court, and often require sudden force and acceleration. This makes the exercise fatigue in basketball is very likely to occur. For the study of fatigue in the past, most of the study to focus only on its impact on technical movements and its generation mechanism and recovery methods, but there is no systematic study of the effects of a physiological indicators. Cardiovascular is one of the greatest basketball players affect the system in strenuous exercise, when fatigue occurs when the movement, some of the indicators of the cardiovascular system can be a good player at this time to reflect the functional status of the body, through the understanding of cardiovascular fatigue athletes level to better guide the athletes in the state of fatigue and the risk of the occurrence of prevention campaigns. Relationship between college basketball Athletes fatigue and cardiovascular responses help basketball players get a more scientific and safer training.In this study, the Beijing Sports University basketball special students 30 subjects divided into two groups according to time of basketball training, cardiovascular reactions measure their incremental exercise to achieve different fatigue state treadmill, record data and statistical processing and analysis software, in order to observe the differences in changes in indicators of cardiovascular exercise and before and after each group and between groups.The results show that:1. A, B groups in the state to get a significant higher heart rate with achieving a higher degree of fatigue than a lower degree of fatigue (P<0.01). A, B comparison between the two groups, subjects no significant difference (P>0.05) in the pre-exercise heart rate quiet state, and, A, B two groups of subjects reaching the heart rate to a lesser extent under fatigue no significant difference (P> 0.05). And when you reach a higher state of fatigue, heart rate groups have significant differences (P<0.01);2. A, comparison between B, when reaching a higher degree of fatigue, subjects in group B was significantly greater than the systolic blood pressure SBP A group of subjects (P <0.05);3. In the resting state before exercise, A, B two HRV indices except RMSSD and HF, the other parameters were not significantly different. Achieve a lower degree of fatigue in the process, A, B two HRV indices except LF, but significant differences were no other indicators. Reached a high degree of fatigue in the process, A, B groups except LF HRV index, the other indicators have significant differences.Study concluded that:1. Exercise achieves a lower degree of fatigue, the level of sympathetic excitement and the level inhibition of the vagus nerve of higher training time basketball player is greater. Achieving exercise fatigue, the higher training time basketball players get a better regulation of the autonomic nervous.2. Achieving a higher degree of fatigue in exercise, the higher training time basketball players sympathetic and vagal balance regulation is significantly larger than the lower training time athletes, indicating a higher training time athletes can adapt to life in a state of fatigue movement.
