The popularization of information technology promotes the development of SNS community, the development of economy and society brings the change about family structure. Supported by national education policy, parents online school has entered upon the high-speed development period, as an integral part of the family education in the future. Aided by network service for users with family education, parents online school can provide resources and emotional support. It is a new phenomenon appeared under the background of network era, and is the way of family education innovation.However, some weaknesses of parents online schools exist. Such as construction mode cannot show their own characteristics, same propaganda popularity is not high enough, web resources are of variable quality, the activities of the organization is not enough to attract users and so on. Parents online school at present is still in its primary growing stage, the development of website service quality is not good, the operation mode rigid lack of innovation, the subjectivity of the user is not fully ascend.Organizers’ideas, faculties, investment, technology and the other reasons hinder the construction and development of parents online school. Developer and organizer of parents online school needs to provide high quality services to attract more users, and enhance the user’s usage and satisfaction in order to improve the quality of family education network. Therefore, the developer and organizer of parents online school have to understand user’s real need.Based on the review of related literature at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the development process of parents online school and SNS, introduces satisfaction theory and technology acceptance theory. Taking Zhenjiang parents online school for example, the paper discusses the current situation of the construction of Zhenjiang parents online school. By questionnaire and depth interview, the paper investigates existing problems and reasons in the construction of parents online school. Finally, the paper puts forward some strategy suggestions.The main contributions of this paper are:(1) To summarizes the current construction situation of parents online school in Zhenjiang in terms of several aspects, it helps organizer grasp the changes in the construction of parents online school. (2)Combine SNS with satisfaction theory and technology acceptance theory to discuss some influence factors of parents online school in Zhenjiang by questionnaire. (3) To put forward some countermeasures and suggestions for parents online school in Zhenjiang.The limitations of this paper are:(1)The number and representativeness of sample is not enough, only for the user to carry out the questionnaire survey instead of developer and organizer of parents online school. (2)The design of the questions in the questionnaire is not comprehensive and not consider other parents online school. (3)The countermeasures and the suggestions maybe cannot apply to other parents online school.
