The strengthening of the economic foundation,along with our country education of first-tier cities in east China as its economic take-off and straight up.Due to bring the education gap between urban and rural economic development,make our country’s education fair problem more and more obvious.Therefore,it is very urgent to support rural education of primary and secondary schools has,the teacher as taking the working level must be relationship between the level of education.So,the first thing we have to do is to improve the teaching competence of rural primary and secondary school teachers.At present,state and local governments to increase investment in economic less developed areas,the configuration the improvement of the basic conditions needed for the primary and secondary school education,infrastructure assurance for poverty area of basic education.In addition,national level has carried out a series of "national culture",and also have achieved a certain benefits,but the high cost of training and training efficiency is low.So we should find a better able to support teachers to be able to get help anytime and anywhere new ways,and the emergence of social network serves the possibility.Also through social networks to establish high quality resource selection mechanism,promote the high quality resources sharing and exchange,the national network more help to promote the development of the rural primary and secondary school teachers teaching competence,improve their teaching level and teaching quality.The study was therefore to use social network to promote the teaching competence of rural primary and secondary school teachers as the main purpose,in the investigation of the current situation of rural primary and secondary school teachers to use social networking applications and teachers’ teaching competence factor,The study combined qualitative research with quantitative study on social network to promote the rural primary and secondary school teachers teaching competency model.The study combined qualitative research with quantitative study,through questionnaire,literature study,interview and observation to get firsthand material,using SPSS analysis tool,in view of the teachers’ teaching competence factor quantity and qualitative analysis,summarized teachers’ teaching competence factor categories,and built up teachers’ teaching competency model.At the same time,"triangle each card" is to ensure the effectiveness of the conclusion.In this study,on the basis of the research methods of conclusions,built the “ Social Network Service plays an vital role in promoting the teaching competency model building of the teachers in the rural primary and secondary schools”,through to the 18 experimental teachers for up to one year of empirical research,the feasibility of the model was verified.This model includes: online tutor,Achievements display platform,database,multi-function chat rooms,five regular evaluation system,the model combining information technology and learning theory,combining the social resources and teachers’ teaching,to colleges and universities teaching research and teacher practice.The use of "online tutor to provide real-time continuous help,through the" repository "storage and sharing of resources,combined with the multi-function chat rooms" is for instant communication,and "Achievements display platform" is for excellent works exhibition,"and evaluation on a regular basis throughout the entire model is in order to promote teachers’ competence.The five systems described above interact with each other,and focus on the teachers,and form into an organic ecosystem.
