The students who born after 1990 and have very distinctive features were called ‘After 90’. They obviously have many differences compare with the students in other time. Because of their better growing conditions and they live in the complex era with rapid change. ‘After 90’ always be criticism and negation due to a lot reasons. Most of them are the ‘one-child’, they get too much love and protection from their parents. The more soft life leads them more selfish. Some of them addict in internet, lack of life-self-care ability. They would face many difficulties and setbacks when they come into university alone and live far away form their parents. Due to the fast development of the society and the constantly change of the environment, their growth course, their attitude, values, learning goals and living pressures are all changing. The situation brings the ideological and political education more challenges and tests. The setback education of the ‘after 90 s’ college students has become one of the hottest spot of the academic circles, and it’s an important part of the ideological and political education. The setback education of the ‘after 90 s’ college students needs to do more than before. Firstly, We need to grasp the characteristics of them, analyze the existing problems and the reasons of these problems, improve the work quality. Secondly, it must focus on the effectiveness, reflection on the existing problems and resistance, and try to handle the obstacles and problems. How to successfully complete the setback education of the ‘after 90’, we really need to keep pace with the times, bold reform and innovation, such as push the educators’ fully potential, constantly update the content, ways and means, and improve the mechanism of education. As long as we doing a better work, the ‘after 90’ college students would be optimistic, independent, and be responsible in their future study, career and daily life, they would be the backbone of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, to gain a foothold and stand solidly in th e wave of global competition.
