The Study On College Students' Setback Education In New Era

With the reform and open-up of the society and the fast economic development, the college students are confronted with complex social environment. On individual development path, the setbacks and adversaries they meet also emerge one after another incessantly. In this age, the university students on the psychological rapid trend are mature, but also do not have mature completely this special time. In the same time, the university students not yet form the correct world outlook, the outlook on life and the values, so they often cannot undergo the difficult setbacks. When in front to setbacks, they often have tense, anxious and the pessimistic mood, and what is more, they will move toward the suicide region. In view of this kind of present situation, we must adopt the effective setback education to enhance the university students'anti-to frustrate ability, enables them to be possible to maintain the positive upward mood condition, the physical and mental healthy life and the study.This article carries out quite comprehensive and specific studies on college students'basic setback theory. The whole article divides into five parts. The opening part makes a simple introduction on the significance of the selected topic, the breakthrough point of the topic, the domestic and foreign present research situation and the research significance of the topic. The second part starts with the meaning of setback and setback education, summarizes setback's component condition and classification; the characteristic and function of setback education. The third part sums up and classifies the emotional respond, the rational active reaction, continual and individual manifestation the college students'behaved after setbacks, and also elaborates the possible caused reasons : need and motive on theoretically ; and nature, society, family, college on objectively. In view of the seasons, which school, family and society act insufficiently in the process of college students'setback education, the fourth part makes the quite detailed analysis. The key part is the fifth--the countermeasure research, aiming to the university students'setback education. The setback education is a system engineering, the school education, the home education and the social education is three big supports, only this three part joint and manage concertedly can sharpen university students'anti-setback ability. In the fifth part, the author proposed the work conception on university students'setback education, from university angle, including six: establishing effective working mechanism of setback education, the implementation principle which setback education should follow, the innovation of the setback education content, founding good setback education environment, rich the implemental approach of setback education, and set up students'own correct setback value.
