With the deepening of education reform,the student evaluation has been paid more and more attention of educational circles and even parents. Traditional evaluation focus on the evaluation of teachers and the education sector as the main body, the object is to evaluate the students, student achievement is the ultimate goal of the evaluation,this evaluation model of excessive attention to distinguish and select talent to score, "Basic Education Reform Program" in that educational evaluation should "promote quality education and establishing and promoting the development of students comprehensive evaluation system,discovering and developing the potential of the students, to help students understand themselves and build self-confidence, play educational evaluation function, and promote the development of students in the original level." However, now the traditional evaluation model from the foundation of today’s education reform advocated the development of quality education in child-centered concept.Therefore, our education is in urgent need of a kind of education evaluation to make up for the deficiencies of traditional evaluation,and originated in the United States to a certain extent, performance assessment, to compensate for the shortcomings,it emphasizes students’ application of knowledge and skills to solve real life complex cognitive problems and life problems.the evaluation of students, it not only pay attention to the results, pay more attention to the students’ learning process.However, the current performance evaluation in our country is not mature enough to use, free, and emotional impact of the play and practice not only realize the advantages of performance evaluation function, but also for the students of their own development and not much help, and may even appear "less effective" effect.Therefore,I think it is necessary to enrich the research performance evaluation from both theoretical and practical level, to promote the rational and effective use of performance evaluation, the majority of educators to provide some reference information.This paper includes the following aspects:The first part is the introduction, it is mainly introduces the reason of study, research methods and research meaning, and analyzes the research status at home and abroadThe second part is the theoretical, which contains the contents of Theoretical evaluation of student performance, the theory of multiple intelligences and constructivist theory-based research support, focusing on the basic connotation discuss student performance evaluation, performance evaluation The characteristics and performance assessment task types, for behind the performance of surveys provide adequate evaluation of the theoretical basisThe third part is the investigation part, this part is mainly through questionnaires, interviews and classroom observation, teachers and students as the center to investigate. Basic knowledge, performance assessment of students to teachers use, effect factors and effect evaluation of several aspects of the investigation.The fourth part is a case study, return to the true teaching into the classroom scenes, through real classroom situation further understand the use of performance evaluation..The fifth part is to propose solution strategies, found some problems in the use of performance assessment presented in the case by analyzing questionnaire in the fourth part and the third part,according to these problems,proposes corresponding strategies.
