Young teachers are future and hope of education. It is a difficult subject for schools and new teachers to explore how to get familiar with teaching with less detour as soon as possible and how to improve teaching technique and quality by learning, imitating, utilizing, and mastering some common teaching patterns. Turning new teachers into qualified even excellent teachers is not only the result of external training, but also benefits a lot from teachers'belief in students and themselves, education aims and tasks. In addition, teachers'teaching abilities and critical reflecting ability in practice, along with educational intelligence, play an important role in this transforming process.From making clear two definitions"new teacher"and"teaching practical intelligence", this thesis tries to summarize main characters of teaching practical intelligence including situationality, complexity, practicality and analyzes manifestation of teaching practical intelligence involving innovation of teaching behaviors, achievement of resourceful teaching, and display of teaching style. Second, the thesis proposes a series of specific strategies to improve new teachers'practical intelligence based on teaching and learning experiences. These training strategies include: (1) Emphasize the process of knowledge construction and embody dynamic generation of knowledge. (2) Put more attention on class teaching training and reinforce teaching behaviors innovation. (3) Strengthen reflecting on teaching practice. (4) Learn more knowledge of practice. (5). Put more emphasis on independent teaching administration and pursue humanism of teaching order. What's more, this thesis introduces many advantageous attempts of new teachers'training in the school where author works, including: (1). Teaching practice strategy: experienced and new teacher work in pairs with emphasis on routine teaching practice. (2) Teaching evaluating strategy: keep students in mind every moment and analyze students carefully. (3). Reflection ability cultivation: learn reflecting and learn cooperating.New teachers'training should be changed from teaching techniques and methods into cultivating teaching practical intelligence and encouraging new teachers to innovate in practice. Moreover, it is of great significance to explore strategy to improve new teachers'practical intelligence in order to shorten and smoothen new teachers'adjusting period, ensure their professional accomplishment, and promote their teaching ability and education quality.
