The cultivation of students’ innovative spirit and practice ability is the soul of the modern education reform, as a new course since the new curriculum reform,research learning is focused on because of its course value. Research learning curriculum is a kind of open learning situation in course, its course content greatly exceed the textbooks the implementation of the curriculum is often depends on teaching material and all kinds of resources outside of school, so we must break through the closed state of traditional subject teaching, put students in an open, diverse learning environment. And it doesn’t just mean the learning content and location are open and pluralistic, the learning staff participate in the research learning. There are computer knowledge, professional knowledge, research methods, data processing and the writing of concluding reports in the research study, it should be admitted that, it is not realistic for one student to complete the task in the present condition. Only give full play to the wisdom of crowds of the students, teachers and experts.can we achieve the complementary of knowledge.In the modern society, we pay more and more attention to cooperative learning, the research target often depends on the joint efforts of learning community. Through the study of learning community,we can improve students’study initiative and solve the problem, at the same time provide conditions for interactions between members.This article mainly uses the literature method, interview method and observation research methods.On the basis of understanding research learning curriculum in school and combined with the existing related research, it studies the status quo of the construction and operation of learning community in research learning.There are six parts.The first part is introduction, mainly introduces the background of this study, related research review, the purpose, significance, ideas and methods of the research.The second part introduces the connotation and value of learning community a, according to related literature,it defines the connotation of the learning community in research learning, at the same time,it points out four values:promote the development of students’ comprehensive ability; improve students’ well-being; Share the community resources; strengthen the interaction between teachers and students.The third part laids the theoretical basis of research, mainly discusses the group dynamicstheory and it’s revelation on learning community in research learning.The fourth part is the construction of a learning community in research learning, it is also the first key research part of this study, through the study,wefind that if we want to build a learning community in the research learning, cooperation and open learning culture is the foundation, a wide range of academic system is the guarantee and the identity of members is the key, and research learning has three major forms:students-students, students-teachers and students-expert learning community.The fifth part explores the operation of the learning community in research learning, we find that the learning community has obvious effect,such as setting up a shared vision of the development of the students.But it also points out that some students are lack of self-development consciousness in the learning community.Finally, based on the analysis of the achievements and problems of learning community, it puts forward some advices on the construction and operation of learning community in research learning.
