Cooperative learning as an effective way of learning, has been recognized by many countries in the 1980 s and introduced to our country, 90 years to apply it to the network teaching. As network technology penetration in the field of education, virtual learning community has become the focus of attention in recent years. Virtual Learning Community has made remarkable achievements, and has been popularized in the majority of primary and secondary school teachers in teaching practice work. Virtual Learning Community shorten the spatial distance between primary and secondary school teachers so that students in different locations can participate in learning activities anywhere according to their needs, that modern information technology to promote the development of an important manifestation of teacher education. In-depth study of the theory of cooperative learning and virtual learning communities and other related technology matures, making cooperative learning-based virtual learning community is increasingly being recognized by the majority of primary and secondary school teachers.This paper attempts to stand in the perspective of the virtual learning community school teachers to re-sort study of cooperative learning, perhaps perspective transformation will bring us unexpected results. Virtual learning communities established, to provide users with a content-rich, interactive platform freedom. Effective cooperative learning model allows teachers to better communicate, and create a virtual learning community to provide for the exchange of school teachers precisely between a good way, help foster collaboration learners, innovation, discovery capacity. The main purpose of this paper is to combine the characteristics of virtual learning communities, cooperative learning theory, primary and secondary school teachers to explore how to conduct effective cooperative learning in virtual learning communities. The main ideas and contents are as follows:The first part, through discussion of domestic and foreign research background and significance, on the current research were reviewed and summarized, based on this study presents the main contents and methods described herein.The second part, in the whole course of the study, from the elements of cooperative learning, content characteristics and virtual learning communities, characteristics such as dimensions, discussed the possibility of cooperative learning model implemented.The third part, from learning needs, learning environment, learning activities, learning and evaluation aspects, summarizes the advantages of cooperative learning model based on primary and secondary school teachers in virtual learning communities, and created a professional development school teachers in line with cooperative learning model.The fourth part, elaborated from theoretical possibility to use cooperative learning model based on virtual learning community of teachers in primary and secondary learning, cooperative learning model of a typical basic analysisThe fifth part, the paper summarizes, on this basis, the future research prospects.
