Research On Re Health Theory Video Teaching Of Universities Basing On Network Platform

In recent years, physical education and health education of college students are taken more and more seriously by society and schools. But, traditional classroom teaching of P.E theory education in universities and colleges can not meet the current needs. As the same time, with the development of network technology, computer technology and multimedia technology, modern teaching patterns as network teaching and multimedia teaching are emerging. As the growing of MOOCs, distance teaching mode becomes popular. The P.E health theory video teaching of universities basing on network platform is a kind of distance teaching mode, which integrate the video technology and computer network technology in a teaching mode of teaching together. The network video course has advantages of flexible time, rich in content, high learner autonomy and strong interaction between teachers and students, compared with the traditional teaching mode.This research uses the literature material law, questionnaire investigation and mathematical statistics research methods, to analysis the P.E health theory video teaching of universities basing on network platform. In order to measure the course effect and improve the system, this article analysis questionnaire of 1200 university students" feedback of the P.E health theory video course. Through these research, this paper draws the following conclusion:1.Through the analysis the theory of the P.E health video teaching, summarizes the characteristics and requirements of the P.E health video teaching. This video teaching should improve students’interesting in learning, learning ability, to master the knowledge of exercise and sports health knowledge, and to develop lifelong physical exercise, healthy living habits, through teaching the knowledge of physical health, physical fitness,sports and leisure and sports information etc.2.Through the actual construct the the network platform of he P.E health video teaching, this article absorbs the Ausubel teaching theory and the Constructivism, and establishes the theory foundation of the P.E health theory video course, then, builds the system which contains 6 levels and 4 modules through using technologies of ASP.NET MVC、LINQ to SQL、SQL SERVER 2005、FMS、AJAX etc.3.Through using the network platform of he P.E health video teaching in Southwest Jiaotong University, shown it is practical to promote this network video teaching in universities of our country under present hardware and software.Because the P.E health theory video teaching of universities basing on network platform is still in the initial stage, there are many imperfect immature place. But it provides the flexibility, diversity of education to teachers and students, and a platform of autonomous learning, lifelong exercise to students of non-sports professional. Therefore, there is space of improvement and development. In the future, the video course will become the mode and direction of P.E health theory education. In order to build a more reasonable mode of the P.E theory education, this paper gives the following suggestions:1. Universities should strengthen the education of P.E health theory for students, careful analysis of students’demands for teaching contents of P.E theory education combined with modern social requirements for students’quality, purposeful, targeted to expand the scope of the teaching of P.E theory education and teaching methods, to enable students to master the skills of life and health.2. In the construction of P.E health theory video teaching, improving system structure to satisfy requirements of teachers and students, and to achieve a more convenient operation experience, and meet richer requirements.3. On a large scale, to promote and applicant the P.E health theory video teaching,, more universities use network video courses, curriculum resources will also be more abundant; at the same time, teachers and students feedback more can also help developers improve the network video teaching system.
