The acceptance subject of ideological and political education in colleges and universities accept activities, the college students, because of the biological heredity, environment, education environment is different, we have created a unique individual character. With the development of the society, the college students’ individual character differences are more obvious, the college students’ individual differences also gradually get attention, and as the basis of teaching, and to cultivate students’ good personality as a target. However, in the process of ideological and political education, the students’ individual differences are still ignored, teaching content, teaching aim, teaching method still tend to be “one size fits all, one-pot”, leading to the acceptable effect of the ideological and political education is not ideal. Therefore, correctly grasp the educatees’ personality differences and the effects of the acceptable effect, to improve the acceptable effect on premise of respecting individual differences is very necessary, the actual effect of ideological and political education is of great significance of reality.This article is based on the findings of many scholars on individual differences and the research achievements of the acceptable effect, on premise of personality differences of the acceptance subject, aimed at improving the acceptable effect, systematically explored the effects of the acceptable effect of the ideological and political education of personality differences and the countermeasures of improve the acceptable effect of the ideological and political education on premise of respecting individual differences of the acceptance subject.This article is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction. In the preface part of this, this article expatiates the proposed, the selected topic significance, the research status at home and abroad, research ideas, research methods, and the difficult point and the innovation of this article. The second part mainly analyzed some concepts in this paper, some concepts related to "personality" "individual differences" "effect" " the acceptable effect of the ideological and political education " and so on, and to defined some of them on the basis of existing research results. The third part starts from the manifestation of individual differences, namely psychological characteristics differences and individual inclination, emphatically analyzed the effects of the acceptable effect of the ideological and political education of these specific personality differences. The fourth part is on the basis of the third part, puts forward the measures to improve the acceptable effect of the ideological and political education, these measures are on the premise of respecting personality differences of the acceptance subject:Teachers need to change ideas, pay attention to students’ individuality; Teachers should according to their aptitude, teaching content close to the student life, teaching target is administrative; To improve the ideological and political education evaluation. The fifth part is conclusion.
