The brand image building of Hebei Vocational College of Rail Transportation(hereinafterto be referred as G Vocational College),is helpful to integrate there sources of G Vocational College,improve awareness outside of G Vocational College and reputation, enhance the competitiveness of the G Vocational College.Also play some inspiration and guidance for other higher vocational colleges brand image building.With the popularization of higher education and the college in the form of diversified development trend,the community raised the quality of higher education a higher demand,coupled with diverse educational needs,so that students change, increasingly fierce competition among colleges and universities. Although China attaches great importance to the development of higher vocational education in recent years,the successive introduction of a number of policies for the development of higher vocational colleges offer opportunities,but higher vocational colleges in the development process,there are still many problems and difficulties.Faced with fierce competition in the market challenges and their own development,higher vocational colleges to win social recognition and trust to attract students,create a good brand image is particularly important.Building the college brand image,to create opportunity for development of higher vocational colleges,higher vocational colleges and expand development,higher vocational colleges to help stand out in the fierce competition of great significance.Through literature method,interview survey and case study method and other research methods to G Vocational College building brand image study,G Vocational College building brand image in line with the needs of their own development needs and higher vocational education development needs,its building brand image has the necessity and urgency. Meanwhile,G Vocational College brand image with the relevant favorable conditions,mainly for G Vocational College leaders attach great importance to the development of relevant organizations and programs,as well as the construction of infrastructure protection and resource-based,To provide a strong support for G Vocational College building brand image.In order to understand the actual situation of G Vocational College,building brand image through field observations related to the construction of G Vocational College,access to relevant documents,and the College of responsible leaderships,some students and staff and the public in-depth interviews with the exchange,discovery,G Vocational College brand school images from targeting and positioning,the implementation of content,promotion three aspects shaping.G Vocational College first determine brand targeting is “based on the industry, serving area,facing the country”.After targeting college based brand image,G Vocational College focus from building school identity system and assurance of educational qualification aspects of G Vocational College brand image content to implement.And use campus media and publicity activities and public relations publicity to the G Vocational College brand image promotion.At the same time,the survey found through interviews,G Vocational College there are some problems in building brand image.Mainly as follows:the lack of systematic planning in terms of targeting.School identity system exists to build content imbalance in the content of implementation,college faculty participation in the initiative is not high,lack of teaching construction equipment phenomenon.The lack of publicity in the publicity and promotion efforts,outreach means single.G Vocational College building brand image is targeting higher vocational colleges of science is the brand image building premise.Building school identity system is higher vocational colleges building brand image main body.The high quality of educational qualification is building brand image of higher vocational colleges core.Effective communication is the brand image building fundamental of higher vocational colleges.
