Higher Vocational Education(full name is higher vocational technical education or higher vocational education)is to cultivate higher technical education,so the production of higher vocational education and technical knowledge transformation has a very close correlation,and even can be said to be closely linked.As we all know,higher vocational education has two important attributes,one is higher,one is professional.Higher education is mainly because of the higher vocational education,the higher vocational and technical knowledge structure contains a considerable number of advanced scientific knowledge;the main purpose is to say that the purpose of these knowledge is very clear,is to solve the problem of many practical skills in the profession.Therefore,higher vocational education should not only be able to understand the professional knowledge,but also to the professional knowledge of the practice and the specific work,the use of the actual operation to go.These requirements,from a deeper level,the higher vocational education teachers must have a certain professional knowledge structure,but also in practice teaching,these professional knowledge without reservation to teach their students.The birth of Higher Vocational Education in our country relatively late,there are many fix demon worked to resolve the problem,exists generally in the vocational and technical education of "the theory and practice of light",let many people have misunderstood the vocational and technical education,in their view,vocational education is the production "light says not to do" personnel,unrealistic expectations is vocational colleges universally exists.So,how to cultivate the "can say to do" the compound talent? That must be required to develop the students' teachers themselves must have the ability to say and can do,simply speaking,it is to ask the teachers in higher vocational colleges are both understand the theory and practice of "double type" talent.And the country,the Lanzhou area vocational colleges "Double Teachers" training practice also exist many problems,such as higher vocational teachers' own ability of the problem,the enthusiasm is not high,the treatment and the real university existence gap and so on.These problems have many reasons and excuses,this article attempts from the establishment of the "double qualification" teacher professional qualification system,balance the teacher treatment and professional title evaluation,construction and "double teacher type" teachers to adapt to the teaching system,improve the national comprehensive assessment standards and other issues,combined with the Lanzhou area "double qualified teachers" construction practice,in order to build a reasonable,accord with the teaching development and social personnel training way of personal ideas and suggestions.
