| This thesis studies the relationship between the interest of college students in sports activities, physical change and sports, exercise time and so on. From the perspective of sports education, this paper tries to establish a college sports and health status comprehensive analysis model and puts forward the decision-making guidance about college physical education options, exercise intensity, and exercise time.The thesis is based on the analysis of the results of the research work of the current college students’ sports and health status at home and abroad, according to the survey data including health examination, physical fitness test, physical education options, exercise time, using the educational technology theory, decision analysis and sports statistics etc., establishing a College Students’ sports health evaluation index system of sports and health, and a multi-factor correlation analysis model. By probability statistics and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, along with the qualitative and quantitative index data, the influence of sports on College Students’ physical quality and psychological quality is analyzed. Using The decision support method based on AHP, the students are guided to choose suitable sports. On the basis of statistical analysis of survey data and model research, the software system of College Students’ sports health analysis is devised.This research has certain theoretical and practical application value to scientifically evaluate the sports health of college students, to guide the students to take up a physical exercise individually, and to effectively enhance and improve the physical fitness of students. |
