Objective: Divide the elderly by the number of interactive physical activities (1,2,3or more); examine the influence of QOL and physical fitness on the elderly; provide some references for enriching the health promotion theory and methods for the elderly.Methods:Randomly selected642elder in Beijing Higher Education Community. The elder can be divided into some groups—group of male or female, group of having fitness habits or not, single fitness group, double fitness group and multiplayer fitness group, group of different levels of risk, group of singing or not and group of raising-baby or not—by genders, physical activities, sports risks and lifestyle. In this way, it can measure the QOL, psychological status, adaptive capacity and physical fitness.Results:1. From the24aspects of QOL, one aspect gets less than10points; seven aspects get more than16points. The QOL of male elderly is better than female (P<.05). The psychological and environmental areas of the singing group is better than the non-singing group (P<.05).2. The self-esteem and self-confidence of non-fitness group is lower than that of the single fitness group and multiplayer fitness group (P<.05). The non-singing group has a lower data than that of the singing group in full-scale, self-esteem, self-confidence and coordination and response capacity (P<.05).3. The nature, pathology and adaptability of male is better than that of female (P<.05). The pathological adaptive ability of non-physical activity group is lower than that of the single-physical activity group (P<.05).4. The physical fitness of elderly get the score at2-3points.31.68%of the people osteopenia or OP;29.11%of the people have an exceeded Glu;27.85%of the people have an exceeded T-CHO;17.72%of the people have an exceeded TG. The time—standing with single leg and eyes opening—of the single-physical activity group is shorter than double—or—more—group (P<.05). The bone strength of never-raising-baby-group is higher than which of raising-baby-group.Conclusion:1. The numbers of participants in interactive to the physical activities, is not significantly affect on the QOL of the elderly. But it is obvious as the role of apparent to the elderly physical activities. More than2people's involvements can promote obviously their self-evaluation, self-acceptance and pathological-adaptation. Also improve their physical fitness.2. For the singing activities, it has the positive regulation to the elder's mentality, it can promote the ability of adaptation and admission to the environment, thus, improves the QOL of the elderly.3. For the elder of raising-baby, their QOL and physical fitness are not different as normal. But it is worthy to pay attention on that they have stronger independence and lower bone mineral density level.
