The Study Of System Construction Of The Ethical Governance Among Contemporary College Student

The General Secretary Xi Jinping said that the contemporary college students are lovely, credible, worshipful and actively, which are full of youth and vigour to realize the "Chinese dream" and to shoulder the historical task of national rejuvenation."A country cannot prosper without morality,a man cannot stand without morality." The contemporary college students’moral consciousness, moral character, and moral level directly relate to the realization of the great dream. Therefore, how to control the emergence of outstanding problems among the contemporary college students in the moral field, has gradually become the focus and hot point from the whole society. It is the basic issue that adult education researchers must study. It is not only a major realistic problem that practice gives us, but it is a major theoretical problem we cannot avoid and must answer.Following the thinking dimension "what, why, how ", this paper centres on and spreads out from some basic problems about "what is governance, what is the usage of governance, what to govern, what is the objective of governance, who runs, how to govern" and so on. This paper focuses on the reality and the reasons of the ethical governance among contemporary college students, and tries to construct a set of system of the ethical governance which has basic theory significance and long-term practice effect. The final purpose of this paper is to provide the theory of service for the growth and success of the contemporary college students.This paper structurally has five parts. The first part combines current politics and briefly introduces the reason and significance of the research. Based on the systematic combing and analysis of the research situation, the object, methods, purpose, ideas and the innovative points of the research are described in this part as well. All the above aspects lay the foundation for the research later. The second part mainly illustrates the basic theories of the rise, basic connotation and the main features of the ethical governance. Furthermore, this part provides a theoretical explanation for the conceptual analysis and meaning construction of the ethical governance among contemporary college students. The third part mainly illustrates the basic connotation,the elements,the foundation and the basic characteristics of the ethical governance system among contemporary college students.The fourth part summarizes the favorable conditions and the realistic predicament of the ethical governance among contemporary college students. It also makes an in-depth discussion on reasons of the realistic predicament from domestic and international, subjective and objective perspectives. Based on the review of the ethical governance among contemporary college students, the fifth part advances the path selections for the system construction of the ethical governance from aspects of the objective, the principle,the subject construction, the vector construction and the realization mechanism.
