Stratified sampling method is adopted in this paper, 640 people from the Health School, Vocational Technical School, Finance School and Agricultural School in Lincang City, Yunnan Province are selected as study subjects. Self-compiled questionnaire of demographic variables, “ Chinese Internet Addiction Scale Revised(CIAS)” prepared by Bai Yu, Parental rearing practices(referred as EMBU), and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ) are adopted for survey, in order to understand the real situation of Internet addiction disorder of students in secondary vocational colleges, explore the relationship between parenting styles, internet addiction disorder and personality, and have a better understanding of the influence mechanism of parenting styles on internet addiction disorder. The results showed that:(1)The relevance ratio of secondary vocational school students with Internet addiction disorder is 6.81%.(2) Grandparenting is one of the causes for Internet addiction disorder.(3) Internet addiction disorder is obviously related to Factors, such as father’s severe punishment,father’s excessive interference, father’s refusal and denial, mother’s excessive interference and protection, mother’s refusal and denial, mother’s severe punishment positively.(4) Internet addiction disorder is related to Neuroticism(N) factors positively and covering-up(L) factors negatively.(5) Mother’s refusal and denial,Neuroticism(N) play a predicted role in Internet addiction disorder.(6)Neuroticism(N) has mesomeric effect on Mother’s refusal and denial,which predicts Internet addiction disorder.
